Same day delivery (if the order is placed before 11am on a business day and the location is within a 10km radius of Collingwood VIC) - $40

New Zealand Orders - minimum spend $50 AUD

All Body Contour Machines are shipped via Standard Post
When will my order be shipped?
We aim for orders placed before 12pm (Melbourne time) to be shipped on the same business day and for orders placed after 12pm to be shipped on the next business day! However, sometimes during really busy periods or if the courier picks up early, it is physically impossible to ship your order when we would like to. Rest assured it will be the next in line though! If your order seems like it hasn’t been shipped on time, please email sales@lockslash.com.au, include your order number and we will sort this out for you!
Body Contouring Machines take around 4-6 weeks after purchase to arrive at our warehouse. It will then be shipped from us to you ASAP which is when you will receive your tracking information :)
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is shipped, it depends on the courier! Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that your order will arrive by a particular date as once it is out of our hands, we have no control over it anymore! We strongly recommend that you order ahead of time to avoid any issues :)

Can I purchase in person?
Yes you can! Our warehouse is located at 55 Down Street, Collingwood VIC 3066 where you can pick up online orders or purchase in person. Unfortunately you’re unable to enter our warehouse but we can bring anything out to you! Feel free to check out our website before you arrive :)
How long do pick up orders take to be ready?
Pick up orders are usually ready within 4 business hours and you will receive an email notification once it is! If you haven’t received your notification yet, you are still free to come in and we can get it ready for you!
How do I track my order?
You should receive a tracking email once your order is shipped - make sure to check your junk/spam folder! If you didn’t, please email sales@lockslash.com.au, include your invoice number and we can resend it!
What do I do if my order has a missing, wrong or damaged item?
Please email sales@lockslash.com.au within 1 week of receiving your order, include your invoice number, a photo of your order and we will sort this out for you!
What do I do if my order has a faulty item?
Please email sales@lockslash.com.au as soon as you notice a faulty product, include your invoice number, a photo of the product and we will sort this out for you!
My parcel is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
Please check the following:
- Front door area
- Letterbox
- Neighbour’s front door areas & letterboxes
- Check with any household/staff members
If you still can’t find it, please email sales@lockslash.com.au, include your invoice number and we can assist in following up the parcel for you!
What do I do if my parcel is delayed or lost?

Can I return my order?
For change of mind returns, please email sales@lockslash.com.au within 4 weeks of receiving your order, include your invoice number and we can organise an exchange or store credit once we receive the return. The product will need to be unopened/unused and unfortunately we can’t cover the cost of shipping!
