#19 - Applying extensions to curly natural lashes

Often it is a struggle to apply extensions to people with curly natural lashes.

There are a few things you can do to help make application easier

  1.  Apply the extension to the underside of the natural lash instead of the traditional top of the natural lash.
  2. Apply the extension to the underside of the natural lash instead of the traditional top of the natural lash.
  3. Try using a more extreme curl like a CC or D curl (you can find them here). You may find these curls sit more comfortably and easier on the natural lash.
  4. You can also apply the extension on the side of the natural lash if this is easier.
  5. Make sure you are holding your tweezer correctly. You want your hand turned more outwards which will ensure that the extension goes onto the natural lash flat and not on an angle. Remembering that the extension must be attached at the base/start of the natural lash to fully adhere. See photo attached.
