Products

We have total faith that when you purchase a product from us you will be very satisfied with what you receive. The quality of Locks Lash goods is the best we can physically make it. If you do find you would like to return a product for a full refund of the purchase price the following conditions must apply:

  • A written email request to sales@lockslash.com.au with the reason for the request, your order number and pictures of the order/products.
  • All products returned for refund, credit or exchange must be received by our office within 10 days from date of invoice.
  • Returned goods must be as new, unused, in original packaging. 
  • A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the returned item along with full contact details.
  • Please note failure to meet any of the above conditions can result in refund, credit or exchange being denied. 
  • Unfortunately we can not refund the shipping for change of mind returns. If you do change your mind on the purchase you are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back.

Training

We reserve the right to update or change course content or delivery methods. In such cases, we will notify you of any significant changes and offer you options such as a transfer if the changes materially affect your ability to complete the course as originally planned.

If there is a problem with the service (e.g., if the course is not delivered as described, or is faulty), consumers are entitled to a remedy.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), we may offer store credit or reschedule your training at our discretion, based on individual case assessments.

The following conditions must apply:

  • A written email request to sales@lockslash.com.au with the reason for the request, your order number and any relevant pictures of the order/products.
  • If you have accessed course materials or content, we do not offer a refund or store credit, as the service has already been delivered.
  • After 7 days of purchase, no refund or store credit will be issued.
  • Please note failure to meet any of the above conditions can result in refund, credit or exchange being denied.
  • Unfortunately we can not refund the shipping for change of mind returns. If you do change your mind on the purchase you are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back.

If store credit is issued, it will be issued in the form of a voucher or account credit that can be used toward future purchases or courses at Locks Lash. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. We aim to process all store credit requests within 14 business days.
