Payment

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and are GST exclusive. Acceptable terms of payment through our online store are via Paypal. Call us to place your order or come in. Please see our address on Contact Us page. All products are to be used by professionals only. As we deal exclusively with business to business transactions we do not include GST in the price. GST will be included in the checkout if applicable.

Prices & Specials

All Item prices & Special deals are subject to change without notice unless otherwise specified. Freight costs are subject to change without notice and will be listed accordingly for client information through checkout.

Delivery

When purchasing from our online store freight costs will automatically be added to your order respectfully. Calculated freight costs per order will show up for the buyers information through checkout. Goods are delivered by contract courier or parcel post, Allied express & Australian post. Tracking numbers are issued to all orders and available on the purchasers request. If it is more convenient to email or call through an order please feel welcome.

Please allow approximately 1 -2 days for delivery. Rural areas usually being more delayed. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days. This online store only facilitates purchase & delivery within Australia. Please contact our office directly for international purchases.

All products are for professional use ONLY. 

Incorrect or Damaged goods

An incorrect supply of goods or goods damaged on delivery must be reported to our office within 2 days (48 hours) of being received. Any disputes after this time may not be rectified by our office.

Delayed Supply

If by chance we are unable to fill an order the item out of stock is usually marked as this on the website. Please contact us for an estimated time when an out of stock item will be available again. We are able to place you on our back order system and contact you once stock has been replenished. Once we know when new stock is due in we will usually note the approximate arrival date in a product's detail page.

Competitions

If you are the lucky winner of a Locks Lash competition there are just a few little terms and conditions to be aware of (they’re not scary, promise): If you have won a Locks Lash training course (including online courses) this can not be exchanged for cash or product from our store. It must be used up in one course (i.e: it can not be divided and spread across multiple courses). If you have already done all of our training, then you may use it for one of our future courses (we are always coming up with new ideas). Unfortunately it can not be exchanged for product, cash or store credit. You can not on-sell any prizes that you win but you may gift it to someone if you like. If you have won a product or handbag or something cool like that (lucky you!) it also can not be exchanged for cash, another product, or store credit. If you have won a gift voucher to spend at our online store, it may be used on any product that you like, however it must be used up in one go and no further discounts or sales can be applied, all product will be charged at full price. This also can not be exchanged for cash. Lastly, Locks Lash will cover all shipping costs for standard postage.
