The course is based on the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 (Australian regulations for salons concerning health and safety - which are also applicable in New Zealand), the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations for COVID, the Australian State Government Regulations & Recommendations and also Safe Work Australia recommendations during COVID.
Covers:
- Essential understanding of infection and prevention
- How to effectively sanitise surfaces and your tools & what you legally should be doing during COVID.
- Regulations specifically for the lash & beauty industries
- Recommended workplace policies and procedures
- Has numerous free downloads of signs etc for your salon and the COVID Safe Plan template.
At the end you will get a certificate to display on your socials or salon showing you have successfully completed it! (hard copy additional fee)
