Ratio of concentrate to water is 1part to 4parts. So to make a 50ml bottle of cleanser put 10ml of concentrate to 40ml of distilled water

Locks Lash Cleanser Concentrate is specifically formulated to be Lash Extension safe and prolong the retention of the lash extensions.

Can also be used straight (without adding water) as a makeup remover (which is lash extension safe).
