All products on this site are for professional use only and intended for the use by professional Beauty Therapists, Beauty specialists, medical staff, makeup artists & Hairdressers with sound knowledge of Eyelash extension application. Products on this site are not for self use unless otherwise specified. By purchasing from this site customers acknowledge they fit into the criteria stated above & agree to all terms stated on the Locks Lash website. If you do not agree with any terms or conditions of Locks Lash do not use this site.
Acknowledgement of risks
All information on the use of Locks Lash products noted on this site & included with a product is provided in good faith for the safety of the Lash extension technician & client receiving a lash extension service. Product user instructions should be followed at all times. LOCKS LASH does not accept any liability for the results what so ever arising from the use of a Locks Lash product due to that the utilization of these products may simply be out of Locks Lash's control. The user/purchaser is responsible for selecting the suitability of a product & following the recommended method of use. All professionals incorporating a Locks Lash product into their Eyelash extension services agree & recognize that applying Eyelash extensions can never be 100% safe & that injury to the eye or surrounding area, irritation of mucous membranes, eyes, or premature falling out of lashes may occur. All safety precautions & safe guarding of clients wellbeing is the responsibility/liability of the Lash extension service provider (you) & not the liability of Locks Lash.

We have total faith that when you purchase a product from us you will be very satisfied with what you receive. The quality of Locks Lash goods is the best we can physically make it. This is why we have no problem offering a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back policy for the purchase price of your order if for any reason you are not happy with it. If you do find you would like to return a product for a full refund of the purchase price the following conditions must apply.
- All products returned for refund, credit or exchange must be received by our office within 10 days from date of invoice.
- Returned goods must be as new, unused, in original packaging.
- A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the returned item along with full contact details.
Please note Failure to meet any of the above conditions can result in refund, credit or exchange being denied.
Payment
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Acceptable terms of payment through our online store are via Paypal. We also encourage showroom sales if this is preferable. Please see our address on Contact Us page.
Prices & Specials
All Item prices & Special deals are subject to change without notice unless otherwise specified. Freight costs are subject to change without notice and will be listed accordingly for client information through checkout.
Delivery
When purchasing from our online store freight costs will automatically be added to your order respectfully. Calculated freight costs per order will show up for the buyers information through checkout. Goods are delivered by contract courier or parcel post, Allied express & Australian post. Tracking numbers are issued to all orders and available on the purchasers request. If it is more convenient to arrange your own means of pickup please do not order online. Come into our showroom to purchase goods or contact us via email or phone to arrange your order & pick up time.
Please allow approximately 1 -12 days for delivery. Country areas usually being the later. This online store only facilitates purchase & delivery within Australia. Please contact our office directly for export purchases.
Incorrect or Damaged goods
An incorrect supply of goods or goods damaged on delivery must be reported to our office within 2 days (48 hours) of being receive. Any disputes after this time may not be rectified by our office.
Delayed Supply
If by chance we are unable to fill an order the item out of stock is usually marked as this on the website. Please contact us for an estimated time when an out of stock item will be available again. We are able to place you on our back order system and contact you once stock has been replenished. Once we know when new stock is due in we will usually note the approximate arrival date in a product's detail page.
