Locks Toner removes dust & protein from the natural lash enhancing the glue adhesives bonding ability. A good bond means a longer lash extension duration.

TIP After Cleansing the eye area & lashes with Locks Lash eye makeup remover, Locks toner can then be applied. To apply slightly dampen a Locks detach swab or a cotton tip with the toner, brush downward on the natural lashes lightly. Clients eyes must be shut during this step. Once toned gently wipe lashes clean with a water wrung cotton round. Dry lashes with the Locks Puffer before lash extension application.
